Our evening classes are mixed sex, while our morning classes are ladies-only. We blend fitness, fun and game-play in our ladies-only morning and a fun but energetic Cardio Tennis program offering a great time combined with an excellent workout!
Our mixed beginners evening classes are designed to introduce the game fundamentals, basic stroke techniques, rules and scoring. Our mixed intermediate and advanced evening classes feature competitive play, stroke development and a deeper understanding of the game rules. | | |
